Brandi Hamilton

Board Member

With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Brandi Hamilton brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to community service. She began her career working with at-risk youth, empowering them to reach their full potential through targeted support and mentorship. Her passion for meaningful impact led her to a senior director role, where she played a key part in shaping the vision and strategic direction of her organization. 

For the past two years, she has led a complex case management program supporting high-needs newcomers to Regina. In this role, she has worked closely with individuals and families facing multiple barriers, ranging from housing instability to health challenges, providing trauma-informed, client-centred support to promote long-term settlement and integration. 

Her work focuses on identifying core needs, building strong community partnerships, and advocating for inclusive systems that recognize the unique experiences of newcomers. Through this experience, she has developed a deep understanding of settlement pathways and systemic challenges and is passionate about contributing to initiatives that foster equity, resilience, and belonging.
