TESL Saskatchewan 2-hour session begins with gentle movement + a breathing exercise to get us more into our hearts and bodies. After that, we’ll move into a short meditation to envision what we want to create in the season or year ahead. And then it’s art time! We’ll get to work on designing the “Dream Big!” Vision Boards while listening to a curated playlist of background music. At the end of our session, there’s an option to present and share anything about your vision board to the rest of the group before closing the night.
