The Humboldt Regional Newcomer Centre Inc. (HRNC) opened its doors to newcomers in April 2010. Under the Government of Saskatchewan’s new settlement service delivery model, we are administered by the Ministry of the Economy. The HRNC aims to promote settlement, integration and retention in workplaces and communities throughout our region. We provide settlement information and programs as well as local information on schools, healthcare, employment and more.
