Jide Kassim is a community leader and project management professional with over 2 decades of experience in project management, communications, technology, and community development. As Project Manager of Prairie Skies Integration Network, he leads initiatives that strengthen community-newcomer integration, build cross-sector partnerships, and support more welcoming and inclusive communities across South-
Central Saskatchewan.

With a background in information technology and business management, Jide combines strategic thinking, collaboration, and practical problem-solving to help develop initiatives that create
meaningful community impact. He is passionate about equity, inclusion, and creating opportunities that help newcomers and communities thrive together. Before joining Prairie Skies, Jide worked in the United Kingdom’s technology and management sectors, supporting organizations such as Prudential UK and RFL Group. His transition into community-focused work reflects his commitment to using his experience to support people, strengthen systems, and encourage positive social change.

Jide is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and ability to bring people together around shared goals and community priorities.
