Eilish McAnally is a community-minded leader from Humboldt, Saskatchewan, with a strong
commitment to fostering inclusion, connection, and lifelong learning. She is currently
completing a degree in Psychology through the University of British Columbia Okanagan while
building a career in the settlement sector. Since helping establish the Connecting Grids Regional
Immigration Partnership in 2022 as Project Manager, Eilish has continued to work
collaboratively with community partners to enhance supports and opportunities for newcomers
across the region. Her professional interests include strengthening relationships between
newcomers and Indigenous communities, as well as amplifying the lived experiences of
newcomer youth.

In addition to her work in settlement and community development, Eilish is the owner and
instructor of Mary-Dalriada Irish Dance Academy, where she shares her passion for Irish dance
and culture through engaging and welcoming programming. Deeply connected to rural
Saskatchewan, Eilish values collaboration and creating spaces where people from all
backgrounds feel a sense of belonging. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, she
