
Innocent Minega
Executive Director
Innocent Minega is an experienced nonprofit leader and international development professional with a rich background in public administration and human justice. Innocent brings a multicultural perspective shaped by years of living, working, and studying across Africa, Asia, Europe, and north America.
With over 15 years of international experience in program and organizational management, Innocent brings a unique global perspective to his work in Saskatchewan’s nonprofit and settlement sectors.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Development and Administration from Andrews University (USA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Rwanda. His leadership style is rooted in teamwork, transparency, and results-driven planning. A skilled communicator in both French and English, Innocent has a strong background in public administration, international
development, and human justice.
Before joining SAISIA, Innocent served as Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Network for Health Services in French (Réseau Santé en français de la Saskatchewan – RSFS), where he advanced access to healthcare services for Francophone communities through strategic
partnerships, advocacy, and public engagement.
In his personal time, Innocent enjoys reading about politics, science, and biographies, as well as cycling, swimming, and music.
